Church Volunteer Mobilization

During the mid nineties I was so impressed by the Mission Conferences we had in our church that I was inspired to approach the Pastor with the idea of a Commitment and Dedication Conference for the purpose of mobilizing the congregational volunteers to serve in every area of our church programs.  Jservant Ministries is available without obligation to any church that desires to mobilize their membership into playing a greater and rewarding role in the respective ministries of the church.  Contact information is on the Jservant Ministries page of this web site.

The keys to a successful Commitment & Dedication conference is obtained through pre-planning, proper scheduling, adequate advertising, motivation from the pulpit, challenging ministry displays, and a kick-off banquet highlighted by an inspiring Powerpoint presentation.  Properly done, this program could very well energize your volunteer base to go beyond what you would normally expect.

The following Volunteer Code is an example of the type of characterization that could be instilled into your volunteers.
